Online therapy offers you access to therapy in the comfort of your office, home or wherever you feel most comfortable meeting. Every online appointment (also known as telehealth) is hosted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to ensure confidentiality during our meetings. All that is needed is a computer or mobile device, high-speed internet, and headphones for added privacy. This offers a convenient way to meet with me without having to commute!

I understand therapy is an investment in yourself and my goal is to be transparent about my fees:
Initial Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $300
Individual Therapy Appointment (50 minutes): $275
Clients can pay with a credit card, FSA, or HSA. Clients are required to keep a credit card on file, which will be charged at the time of session.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for my detailed receipts (Superbills). It’s best to call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card to learn the details about your specific plan.
Make sure to ask questions like:
Do I have a deductible for out-of-network services?
Have I met my deductible?
What CPT billing codes do you reimburse (i.e. 90834 or 90837?
What is the rate of reimbursement for each billing code?
What is the allowable amount for reimbursement?
Here is a helpful resource: The Complete Guide to Out-Of-Network Reimbursement.

A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of how much therapy services will cost. This provides an estimate of the total cost of services for the year based on the clients desired frequency of therapy services. This serves as an estimate and does not reflect a contract or a requirement to obtain services.

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel heard and understood. I’ll ask about your background, what’s working well for you, and where you’d like to see some changes. From there, we’ll talk about how therapy can help you move toward the changes you want to see.
Before our first appointment, I’ll send you some paperwork to complete through a secure online portal. During our initial session, we’ll go over this information and discuss any questions you have about therapy. Our first few sessions—typically 3 to 4—will focus on understanding your history and current challenges. After this assessment period, I’ll share my insights, outline how I can help, and work with you to set treatment goals and create a personalized plan.

The timeline can vary based on your unique goals & personal history. Some people find they reach their goals in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll regularly check in to ensure therapy is meeting your needs and helping you make the progress you want.
