I bring warmth, honesty, and humor to therapy because therapy should feel human, not clinical. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods quietly. I’ll be real with you, challenge you (gently!), and lean in when things get tough.

As a DBT-Linehan Board Certified Clinician with advanced training in EMDR, I bring evidence-based approaches to therapy. Together, we’ll untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, process the impact of past experiences, and build tools you can rely on when emotions feel overwhelming.

Whether you’re new to therapy, or you’ve tried it before and left feeling unheard (or unimpressed), this is a space where you can show up exactly as you are - no masks, no pretending, no pressure to have it all figured out.
