I’m passionate about supporting those who often put everyone else first, helping them find balance and reclaim their strength and autonomy.

Together, we’ll work to heal from the past, break free from old habits, and build a more balanced, fulfilling life. My approach is non-judgmental, compassionate, and real. With extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with experience at McLean Hospital and teaching at Boston College, I offer practical tools to help ease anxiety, manage emotions, and build resilience.
